Big Savings!We admit that we're pretty excitable around here, but this deal has us downright giddy!! So, here's the thing--sometimes single use is just way more convenient. When you're having a grad party, wedding reception or company banquet, for example. No one is going to volunteer to wash hundreds of cups. Enter *cringe* Red Solo Cups and watch the planet shiver. Don't do it! Instead grab these Eco-Products EP-CC16-GS GreenStripe Renewable & Compostable Cold Cups, 16 oz, (Case of 1000) for just $87.74. We don't want you to put that cocktail down to do the math so we'll just tell you that breaks down to $.09/per cup. The first search we did for similar cups came up at $.51/each. Yikes! For reference, we found the exact same product and quantity for $155.71. By the way, a large quantity of 16-oz solo cups worked out to $.11/each and I know that even if you're on your second cocktail you can see that savings without too much effort. Now we admit that 1,000 cups is more than the average tri-annual camper might need, but we have some suggestions for that too. First of all, it is a great quantity if you entertain often or have a big event in the works. Another option is to split the deal with a friend. After all, if you're passionate about making changes to save the planet, others around you are too. Don't tell my friends, but I'm thinking of ordering a box and including these Renewable & Compostable Cold Cups in my holiday baskets--because I have the kind of friends that would LOVE to receive them (possibly just so they don't have to hear me scold them for the plastic, earth-killing Solo cups at the next party.) Big Savings!We're all about reducing single-use anything and, next to plastic, paper towels and napkins rank pretty high on that list. Ditch the disposable paper towels in favor of these eco-friendly reusable cloths. A four-pack will cost you $6.99 on Amazon. The same package runs $8 and up everywhere else we found it in stock.
